On Friday, April 11, former Averill Park High School standout Maisie Dawson’s current college team, the Belmont Bruins, won 6-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UIC Flames.

The game took place at Flames Field. This was their first matchup against the Flames this season.

The Bruins’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 2 p.m. at Flames Field against UIC Flames.
