On Sunday, April 13, former Shaker High School standout Joey Trombley’s current college team, the Sacred Heart Pioneers, won 13-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Canisius Golden Griffins.

The game took place at Veterans Park. This was their third matchup against the Golden Griffins this season.

The Pioneers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 3 p.m. at Veterans Park against UMass Minutemen.
