On Friday, May 9, former Averill Park High School standout Mia Lucey’s current collegiate team the Barry Buccaneers won 9-1 against the Spring Hill Badgers in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at Naimoli Family Softball Field at 3 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Spring Hill Badgers in the tournament.

The Barry Buccaneers’ next game will take place on Friday, May 9 at 6 p.m. at Naimoli Family Softball Field.
