On Friday, Feb. 28, former Shaker High School standout Ryan Bates’ current college team, the Binghamton Bearcats, won 3-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Siena Saints.

The game took place at Thomas Baseball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Saints this season.

The Bearcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 12 p.m. at Thomas Baseball Stadium against East Tennessee State Buccaneers.
