On Sunday, April 13, former Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons School standout Jacob Trombley’s current college team, the Washburn Ichabods, won 12-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Emporia State Hornets.

The game took place at Glennen Field. This was their third matchup against the Hornets this season.

The Ichabods’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 5 p.m. at Falley Field against Fort Hays State Tigers.
