Welcome Son of Egg to the City of Rensselaer and Rensselaer County. Son of Egg has opened a second location at 483 Broadway in Rensselaer with co-owners Justin Ko and his mother Min Cho Ko welcoming friends to an event on Monday. The opening of Son of Egg's Rensselaer location comes two years after opening of first in Albany.
Thanks to the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce and President Kate Manley for hosting event with Son of Egg. County Executive Steve McLaughlin joined with Legislator Brian Stall, Mayor Mike Stammel and Assemblyman John McDonald at the opening on Monday.
