Census Bureau reports Scotia population was 7,648 in 2020

Scotia had a population of 7,648 people in 2020, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Capital District Times.

The median age was 36, with 53.3 percent of the total population being female and 46.7 percent male.

The state's total population in 2020 was 19,514,849.
