[For ages 8+] Think you’re up for the ultimate drawing challenge? Then take part in Inktober, a month long art challenge in October focused on improving skill and positive drawing habits. A display with information, CreativeBug drawing course links, prompts, and drawing books will be set up at the Washington Ave branch children's room to guide you through the month. Participate in the weekly (one drawing per week) or the more ambitious daily (one drawing per day) challenge! At the end of October, bring your sketches to the library to receive a prize of a mini sketchpad and mini colored pencils so you can keep drawing wherever you go! Show us your favorites, and we will photocopy them and showcase them in our display case for November.
No registration required, just start drawing!
