Albany County Executive Daniel P. McCoy has announced the temporary closure of Lawson Lake County Park due to storm damage and cleanup. The closure comes as a result of recent severe weather conditions affecting the park. McCoy stated, "There will be an update later this week as to when the park will reopen." The decision to close the park aims to ensure the safety of visitors and address any necessary repairs following the storm damage.
