Best wishes to all at Brunswick Youth Baseball on a successful 2022 season! Brunswick Youth Baseball is the eighth youth sports organization to receive funding from the Rensselaer County Responds program for youth sports.
Funding was presented on Friday during a visit to the league complex on Route 7 by County Executive Steve McLaughlin and Legislators Dan Casale and Bill Maloney, along withSupervisor Phil Herrington.
The busy organization is looking forward to a season of fun and competition for players, coaches, family and fans. Thanks to President Matt Perfetti, Board member Josh Phillips and other volunteers with Brunswick Youth Baseball for their hard work in getting ready for the 2022 season.
The Rensselaer County Responds effort utilizes a portion of savings achieved by the county in 2020 to fund community organizations. Funding was provided to fire, ambulance and veteran organizations during 2021. Stay tuned for further announcements.
