Please be advised that today, Wednesday, November 9th until about 12:00 p.m., the Albany Police Department and partnering law enforcement agencies will be participating in a training exercise at the Madison Theater, located at 1036 Madison Avenue.
A majority of this training will be taking place inside the facility but at times, residents may see police vehicles and officers in and around the area of the theater.
Again, this is only a training exercise. There is no incident at the theater or no need to be alarmed.
