Paul Tonko, a U.S. Congressman representing New York's 20th district, has announced a Town Hall meeting scheduled for February 19th at the Albany High School Auditorium. The event is intended to provide constituents with an opportunity to voice their concerns and engage directly with their representative.

On February 11, 2025, Paul Tonko extended an invitation via social media: "That’s why I’m inviting you, your family, and your friends to join me for a Town Hall meeting next Wednesday, February 19th at the Albany High School Auditorium, located at 700 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY 12203. Doors will open at 5:15 PM and the event will begin at 6:00 PM."

In another post on the same day, Tonko expressed his commitment as a congressional representative to address constituents' concerns amidst current political developments: "As your representative in Congress, I’m committed to hearing your concerns directly and giving you the opportunity to make your voice heard. Given recent events in Washington and the ongoing hostile takeover of our federal government, I know many of you have urgent questions."

Tonko also highlighted the necessity for pre-registration due to limited space availability: "Pre-registration is required for all attendees to enter the venue. Spaces are limited, so please scan the QR code above or click on the link below to reserve your spot today."
