100 percent of applicants to Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing were admitted for fall 2018

At Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing, 67 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 88 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The two-year private not-for-profit institution in Troy enrolled 130 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 36.9 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

100 percent of undergraduates are residents of New York.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (88 percent) and Black or African American (7 percent).
