On Sunday, officers from the APD joined Albany & Troy Lions Club and Camp Abilities Saratoga for their First Annual V.I.P. (Visually Impaired Peddlers) Tandem Bike Rides at the Corning Preserve.
Using tandem bikes, “pilots” are able to provide bike rides to the blind and visually impaired.
