Graduates earn 862 degrees, certificates from Siena College

About 43.2 percent of the 862 degrees and certificates handed out by Siena College in 2017-18 were to students in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Loudonville conferred 312 bachelor's degrees and 58 master's degrees in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in general marketing/marketing management. Data shows the school gave out 119 bachelor's degrees in general marketing/marketing management, followed by 109 bachelor's degrees in accounting and 86 bachelor's degrees in general psychology.

The college enrolled 3,221 students for 2017-18, including 3,164 in undergraduate programs and 57 in graduate programs.
