72 percent of applicants to Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences were admitted for fall 2018

At Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, 91 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 60 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Albany enrolled 1,331 students in fall 2018, including 859 in undergraduate and 472 in graduate programs, data shows. 13.5 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

71 percent of undergraduates are residents of New York, and 24 percent are residents of other states. 5 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (57 percent) and Asian (18 percent).

The school admitted 72 percent of the 1,985 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 13 percent enrolled.
