“As part of the Smart Transfer program, I feel like it has helped me tremendously in completing a lot of goals especially as a first-gen student with immigrant parents. A great deal of it was because of the staff and the Smart Transfer program as a whole.”----Emelyn Martinez graduated from Schenectady High School and SUNY Schenectady with her degree in Criminal Justice.
